1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and lol606 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the lol606 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the lol606 platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the lol606 platform and refrain from creating an account or placing any wagers.

Legal Capacity: By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of lol606 Services is subject to strict eligibility criteria. You must meet all of the following requirements to register an account and participate in real-money gaming:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. This age requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling activities. lol606 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds in the account will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The lol606 platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. lol606 does not accept players from jurisdictions where our Services are deemed illegal, and we reserve the right to block access from restricted territories.

2.3 Legal Capacity and Mental Competence

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal disability, court order, or condition that would prevent you from lawfully participating in online gaming activities. You must be of sound mind and acting voluntarily without coercion.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account with lol606. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on lol606, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is current, accurate, and complete. Any changes to your personal information must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

lol606 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance protocols. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statements, GCash screenshots, or PayMaya transaction history)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by lol606 may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account actions.

You agree to notify lol606 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. lol606 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

4.1 Deposits

lol606 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other supported institutions). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. All deposits are subject to verification and may be delayed or reversed if fraud or irregularities are detected.

You agree to deposit only funds that you legally own and that are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities. lol606 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return deposited funds if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our published timelines, typically within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1-3 business days for bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require additional documentation as determined by lol606's compliance team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. lol606 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees outside of our control. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonuses or promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month. lol606 will provide advance notice via email before applying such fees.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

lol606 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each promotional offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified players who have completed the KYC process and have no outstanding violations of these Terms. Each bonus offer specifies eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type, with slots typically contributing 100%, table games contributing 10-20%, and some games excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

lol606 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed to exploit promotional offers. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and possible account closure.

6 Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the lol606 platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment operated by licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by chance or skill within the published rules of each game. lol606 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected wagers will be voided, and stakes will be returned to the player's account. lol606 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party software failures.

6.3 Bet Limits

Each game displays minimum and maximum bet limits. Players must adhere to these limits. When an active bonus is in play, additional maximum bet restrictions apply as stated in the bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing account information, or participating in any form of cheating or game manipulation.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person to circumvent restrictions, abuse bonuses, or evade suspension.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the lol606 platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms or using betting strategies designed to guarantee profit with no risk (matched betting, hedging across operators, etc.).
• Money Laundering: Using lol606 Services to launder money or obscure the origin of funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to access your account or participate in gaming activities.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by lol606

lol606 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of your account poses a risk to lol606 or other players.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be blocked.

8.3 Return of Funds

Upon account closure initiated by the player (not due to Terms violation), any remaining account balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. In cases of account closure due to Terms violation, lol606 reserves the right to retain funds as compensation for damages or investigation costs.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other materials on the lol606 platform are the exclusive property of lol606 or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the lol606 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any lol606 content without our express written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The lol606 platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lol606 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of th e lol606 platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

lol606's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your lol606 account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

10.3 Force Majeure

lol606 shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or other acts of God.

11 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of lol606 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12 Changes to Terms and Conditions

lol606 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the lol606 website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the lol606 platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Services and may close your account by contacting customer support.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file in your account. However, failure to receive email notification does not exempt you from compliance with the updated Terms.
